He has a point.
I know this is poor form this late in the game but we never had pay issues prior to the merger. Pay was simple and completely transparent. There was no need to dig in and file pay claims. No need to submit repetitive and itemized reports (using often clumsy iPad procedures which require us entering things already on the companies machine), no need to resubmit them after they are refused. No need to play CPA everytime your check came in, etc.
While it has gotten better, it's still unsat. I constantly hear of guys fighting for pay they earned, often after doing a "favor". It creates a dyspeptic attitude and also reluctance to repeat that favor. In the long run, we all lose and it's an easy fix.
