Not to the test taker, but to United, yes. I took mine on a Tuesday morning and received the interview scheduling email within a few hours. Guys I know that took it on Fri-Sun waited until Monday to get the email. So you're just waiting on the hiring team to get to the results.

When you get to take the Hogan, just before you hit “submit” have your phone on video and record the screen as you submit it. The “pass” or “fail” flashes for less than a second and if you’re not looking for it you will miss it. Go back through your phone frame by frame to check. - this is assuming it’s done the same way I’ve heard about it from folks who have taken it for other airlines.

What other airlines give an ACTUAL HPI? I'm not talking about something like VX's online assessment, AAG's "Organizational Fit Assessment", or any other online/pre screen that may contain HPI like questions but a full on real one?

The screenshot holds true for UPS, not United.

A friend of mine at UPS took one and I thought I was told by another Delta - but that one may have been something with the psych they do in person.

You're right, I forgot about UPS.

DAL does an MMPI before talking to the shrink, and it's day 2 after the face to face. Assuming one gets through day 1.

Airline recruiters hate this man for one simple trick...

This is DEFINITELY not the way the current Hogan Test works. I asked a buddy who knows someone...

It was recently a "True/False" answer -- but now, you get 4 choices from Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Agree, Strongly Agree...

This was changed in part due to the Ready Set Takeoff (RST) Interview Prep owner having screenshots of the Hogan test that was passed by previous "bro's", that he capitalized and sold to prospective dudes. He was basically selling the answers to the test for $100-200...got you to the interview 100% of the time.

On the current test, that was released less than a month ago, there is no pop up/flash that says if you pass/fail....

Ah, then my information is old and is to be disregarded.
