After the company wins this lawsuit, they should ban this clown. Who cares if he’s a million miler. Set an example for others to see what happens when you get greedy.

WTH is wrong with people?! He definitely should be banned, but I'm willing to bet UAL will offer him something to go away. Horrible precedents are being set!

It’s the entitlement culture of America. Everyone thinks they are owed something. I hope this guy suffers a horrible brain aneurism.
