CP meet and greet
 

I got lucky enough to get a Chief Pilot meet and greet. Any advice on prepping for the meeting?

Like an interview, relax and be prepared to talk about yourself and experiences. The most important question- why United.

I think it really depends on which CP you meet. Some do most of the talking, some are more interview style. Think of it as good interview practice.

Prep like it's a real interview. It is.

A grand slam in the meet and greet can greatly affect one's odds of moving up in the process. So can totally bombing it.

Depends who the meet and greet is with. What CPO and pilot are you doing the meet and greet with?

I am meeting the EWR Chief pilot.

The man is legit..
Be Professional, but don't be stiff.
