They are now behind all those guys who weren't lifers but weren't actively playing the game to get out. Each newhire class was always ballpark 25% from xjt, 5% c5, 10% skywest etc for a long time. Off the street is about the same odds as its always been. It is very easy to get discouraged along the way but dont give up now. Hiring has been screaming through the pile. Keep the app on point.
