Knowing nothing- I would guess pay is the big one. $$ Do we want top pay and continued % over DAL/AA if they mod their contracts? Interested in hearing.

Baby wipes ready for the sarcastic folks in the group. Thanks!
As stated above, we do not negotiate in public. The only thing that I can say is our current CBA is pretty good and welcome to the show!!! Just be patient and let our MEC/Negotiation Committee do their jobs.

For me, the risks outweigh the benefits....Or the potential payoff.

I don't trust those in charge. I also can't control the timing....

The timing is important when you are ready to cash out. That's all.

So, if that's important for you at only one point in time that you can't predict and control then look for other types of compensation.

management would be happy to give you stock options. Won't cost them a dime to save a nickel.

Legal and available aren't the questions.... Prudent and Smart is what I would focus on.

By far and away the best pilot forum for Ual types is ualpilotsforum.info. Follow the steps to verify your employment, and have fun. As a bonus, unlike some lesser forums, it’s free and doesn’t allow scabs.

You guys need a southeast base in a low tax state. That’s how you keep more of your cash in your hands without a ton of strings attached.

Way easier.
