I have the Aetna Silver EPO family plan (there are multiple plans to choose from) that costs $262.54 after $96 in wellness credits (nonsmoker) for my wife and I.
Cigna Traditional Core/DPPO family dental plan is $28.91 per month.

Under family cov, does individual ded apply, i.e., embedded? Yes
Annual deductible for an individual with family coverage $1,000
