What is the typical time wait after you've done Becoming United and when you find out of you passed the Hogan after its completed?

Becoming United rolled out this past Monday. I haven’t even gotten a solid answer on how you do Becoming United, is it sent to you or is there a link to do it?

At what point does one actually achieve “Becoming United?” At the point in which you are invited for an interview? Start class? Complete OE? Or maybe when you retire? As you sail off into the sunset you can whisper to yourself, “I did it, 39 years later, I have Become United!”

Becoming United is sent to you via a link in a email. It is sent out the same time the Hogan link is sent in a separate email.

Recently received the Becoming United and Hogan link. Becoming United took 20 minutes as the other post mentioned. Standard questions, nothing no one wouldn’t expect when being screened for a position. Received the face to face invite shortly thereafter. Looking forward to the process.

Sure! 8th year at my regional. 6000 TT, 1,100 PIC, 121 LCA (450hours), Bachelors 3.8gpa, three volunteer spots over the years, a few job fairs in the last five years, one internal.
