Nonrev quick help
I have a family member currently overseas flying standby trying to return to the USA, but the gate agent is saying he has a reservation, but no e ticket associated with the reservation code.
Customer agents here in the US couldn’t help me. I’m currently on hold to talk to the travel desk per the advice of the agents. Loooong wait. Anyone has had this problem before? Any ideas what could be? |

it’s fixed. Some sort of glitch they haven’t been able to fix yet.
