PAI - anyone ever use it?

Has anyone ever used the Personal accident insurance(PAI ) coverage and how does it work?

Yes. Works great. Coverage is through AIG. Sustain injury (or death), fill out claim form, submit requested documents, and then receive check. Entire process takes just a few weeks.

Thanks, so let say you break your arm... they just cut you a check for the full insured amount or how do they determine how much?

I think you have to lose a body part, like amputate your arm. I might be confusing it with another policy I read though so you should read the policy.

It’s cheap insurance. Would like to see it be made available in retirement.

Term life for retirees is too expensive. For healthy individuals that lead an active lifestyle, this would be perfect.
