1.96 billion in profits, and they are only $5 million apart on their positions? Not a smart move by BA... Good luck to our fellow pilots!

It’s my understanding the pilots are asking for a profit sharing scheme akin to the Delta pilots. The company offered a raise but no profit sharing and the union said nah.
