Yes! The extension, ratified Jan 22, 2016, in final year of the previous administration, ended up being far better than most imagined. The Delta "me too" provisions really iced the cake.

If we hadn’t ratified the extension, we would be in exactly the same place that we are now. But at our old rates. I truly believe that.
