There is no easy answer for implementation, and strong arguments on both sides.. but how someone can complain about the concept of reparations while also complaining about people "not being paid for work accomplished" defies me. Not sure what you mean by more pandering, because I don't often pander here. I'm also pretty sure that you are aware that the original slaves are now long dead.
