Default United Flight Logs

Does anybody know the best route for getting your flight logs from UA? Haven't kept my hours for the last few years I've been here. I see that Crew Companion has a pay option for a logbook... Is that the best route?

Would like to get all that stuff downloaded before furlough.

Thanks.

One can also request a spreadsheet from the flight office. Anybody needing the records probably has better things to do than manually pulling each page in CCS.

I pulled 1.5 years of airbus plus 3 years of 756 flying in 13 pages. If a guy has 10 years of 737 flying, then it could get painful, but it would only take an hour or so.

I pulled all of my data, put it in a spreadsheet, then sorted based on departure date. Figuring out how to add all the flight time was a little tricky, but used a couple of extra columns to separate out the hours & minutes (=HOUR(<time column>); =MINUTE(<time column>)), summed the hours, then summed the minutes and divided by 60, then added the two for the grand total.

I hope this is all an exercise in getting smart on Excel and nothing more...

Just FYI......Pilot Record's does not have anything beyond/prior to 2008 for Pilot Records with a flight time print-out. Unfortunately before that, their current system does not support data.

Once I view my flight time under the training tab, how do I export data to a spreadsheet format like CSV or Excel?

There’s no export, you have to copy and paste. Select just the cells with data that you want, then paste them into a spreadsheet.

I suggest displaying as many records as possible before doing the copy and paste.
