Of course its legal. The company can dispose of shares held by the company in any way it wants. They do not have to sell them on the open market. Those shares they sold for $26 each cost them about $90 each to buy with the cash we earned. So it was a really bad investment. To put it another way, they spent $9B in the past to be able to have $3B today.
I thought as a publicly traded company our shares were public and not private. Great to know that management can make side deals in the private sector and negotiate the best deal they can. totally cool. I guess I could go through first class and panhandle our first class peeps privately and hit them up? I got a great idea. private flight deck tours 100 dollars. with pictures 125.00 husband and wife group package 150.00 wearing of pilot hats and coats 175. |

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HINT: All managers, big shots, CEO's, CFO's, and wanna-be airline managers want to achieve a labor cost advantage. The best way to achieve that is to get labor, and I mean all labor to work for less. All CEO's will use whatever crisis, or pseudo-crisis to lobby for concessions, and in particular their pilots. After he works for free for 7 years I will be willing to listen to his request. Until then, i am both tone-deaf,and deaf in general. IE, I don't care. Not my monkeys, not my circus. |

The word 'master' in reference to bedrooms and lodging is currently being cancelled and is being replaced with 'primary'. I find your use of the word triggering and racist and what not.

Imagine going through life caring who stops using “master” for room references. This isn’t a point of interest or conversation I’d ever care to indulge. Just another one of those moments you smile and nod.
