Fair enough, but an option to come back doesn't seem that wild considering if BK courts tossed it, nobody would ever take an early out again.

I know it is 'this week' but does anyone know when these are to be voted on?

I emailed my reps over the weekend to advocate for a DAL style agreement with a wider age range vs a hard cap like 62. I told them I'm 61 in Sept and ready to walk. I was told that unfortunately I will be "too young" to participate. So I would expect 62.
I'm a 97 hire and just over 5000 seniority FWIW. |
One of my friends from DAL sent me their FAQ regarding their early out program. In that FAQ it mentioned that there is no bankruptcy protection, but the trustee cannot single out a particular segment (i.e. retirees). FWIW

Expect to be underwhelmed, and then you won’t be disappointed.
