Surprised no one has started a thread on the new displacement, so I guess I will. Of the 488 FOs being displaced, looks like 226 will be forced into NB right seats. Those FOs being displaced out of EWR 787/777 and IAH 787 can bid to the 756 but most everyone else is destined for NB or a commute.
I'd suspected LAX 787 would get something of a reprieve and was glad to see it happen. I think there is more to come. If you read between the lines of the last paragraph of the Crew Resources Bulletin I think some more 756 flying is probably coming back. So, I'm saying there's a chance of some cancelled 756 displacements or even a base staying open. In light of the WARN notices going out, it is small consolation.
It seems 20-10D is going to be used to fill in holes at junior NB bases by displacing guys out of more senior bases.
