Should they work less too? We got our work hours cut, but kept our "money per day" ratio intact.
Why shouldn't they keep theirs intact? Unless you're advocating for them to work less hours. Seems to me they're working more now, and I feel they should be compensated appropriately for it. Working through the "pre loaded absences" portion of the LOA has convinced me they need a raise... Complicated stuff. Sent from my SM-N975F using Tapatalk |
