This is not how you facilitate change in our union. Call your representative.

And if that is not satisfactory, floor a resolution.

Surely I am not the only one feeling disgusted, dismayed, and disappointed watching union politics in action.

No you are not. There are lots of pilots in the same boat.

So what is everybody gonna do about it? Use the tools at our disposal or moan about it online?

(It's a rhetorical question and not directed at you, C-17 Driver)

It does not help to call when they are in the MC’s back front pocket.

Should they work less too? We got our work hours cut, but kept our "money per day" ratio intact.

Why shouldn't they keep theirs intact? Unless you're advocating for them to work less hours. Seems to me they're working more now, and I feel they should be compensated appropriately for it. Working through the "pre loaded absences" portion of the LOA has convinced me they need a raise... Complicated stuff.

I take you are one of the volunteers or one of the MC’s mouthpieces.

Glen Tilton said what when challenged about his compensation during bad times? “You should have been a CEO.” Now we can see our own union leaders applying the same logic. I was called absurd for bringing this up when voting no.

Well I meant to learn how, but yes.
