IAH 777 flying
I’ve scoured the crew resource updates and emails. Can’t find much on what IAH 777 flying/trips will look like. Any info?

Prior to COVID, IAH had 777 flying to LHR (1 or 2 depending on season), FRA , AMS, NRT, EZE, and HNL. The 787 did SYD and either a domestic 2 day or one of the LHR’s. The 767-300 covered MUC, GIG, GRU, LIM, and SCL. How things shake out after this is anyone’s guess. Junior pilots will most likely have a crack at the 777 while the senior ones ride out training freezes as NB captains or simply wait until things settle down before bidding back. If awarded a junior slot on the 777, expect to be junior for a really long time while more senior people bid on top of you. Buyer beware.

Probably true. Maybe it’s time for being patient. Unless you enjoy PTY, the 737 trips out of IAH lately aren’t that great. Might be somewhat self imposed. Need to review my bidding strategy.

Double red eyes down south disguised as 20 hr 4 days aren’t great either, especially when you will always be the bunkie.

IAH 777 FO is ridiculously senior!
What defects will the holy grail “bag room” completion in 2022 have on IAH 777? |
