Damn, I guess I’ll leave my flip flops at home. Business casual sounds good to me, thanks for the input.

My business casual might be different from your business casual. Mine includes speedos, a cigar , a glass of Jim Beam and a pair of aviators . 😂

I like the cigar. An enjoyable vice.

They want to see how you'll dress on overnights.

Has anyone gotten any clarification as to whether its going to be for the aviator program only or if its going to be UA recruiters? I haven’t seen a definitive answer on this thread or others. Thanks.

The website says Aviate pilot recruiters will be on hand, so it definitely seems to be aimed at the program. I’m going to hit it up anyway and hope for the best. Worst case I lose a day and the cost of a rental car. Anyone have any insider clarification?

If you’re an experienced pilot , I would go the normal interview route if possible.
If successful, you will be in class long before any of the aviate guys n gals will ever step foot on property. The focus of their hiring is not through aviate, it’s off the street .

I’m not trying to do anything with Aviate. Currently at a LCC and trying to get “points” any way possible. Looking to figure out if this is an actual pilot recruiting event or primarily Aviate. Either way, I plan on swinging by.

When I read that digital flyer, I don't see it as saying that it is only for Aviate. It just is showing some of the shiny objects that United has (DEI, Aviate, etc.). They don't specifically mention ramp service, FAs after the header either.

Appreciate it. I’d heard rumors that they favor people who consistently go to job fairs but I have no idea if that’s true. I have a trip over it anyways, probably not worth dropping it.

I didn’t go to a single job fair and still got hired.
