Do you know if this would be worth going to as a FO with about 1500 turbine time? Good idea to meet the recruiters, or would my resume just get chucked in the trash?

I would bottom of the pile. But that's just going off of 1,500hrs. If you had LCA, CP, alpa roles, etc. Then might be worth it. |

YMMV |
I just booked a flight to attend. Any hints on casual attire? That goes against everything I’ve heard in interview prep for pilot job fairs.

Damn, I guess I’ll leave my flip flops at home. Business casual sounds good to me, thanks for the input.
