Applying to United

Without a degree you have virtually taken yourself out of consideration. Yes some people have been hired without a degree but the numbers that have been hired in the last 5 years are minuscule. I would use your time that you are waiting for a call to finish your degree if you are serious about United. Just my .02c.

Airline apps isn't simple if you do it right. Step one is to dazzle the algorithm. Step 2 is to dazzle an aviation inexperienced secretary (probably most of the time). Step 3 will be your interview with aviation experienced people, background checks, HR, etc. So while bull****ting is counterproductive in step 3, you do need to provide a massively exploded view of everything you've done for steps 1 and 2. Max rows. Max kilobytes. It's not a McDonald's application.

The other thing is the OP states in another forum that they flew 50 hours a month on the low side.
50/month x 12 months = 600 hours
600/year x 14 years = 8400 hours
The math doesn’t work. Something isn’t right.

I find it hard to believe you could be at a regional for 6 years and not understand what's required to apply to various airlines. But maybe that's my compass bubble coming through, shoot, that's practically all we talked about
