hopefully they learn from history and actually read ALPA merger policy before they submit integration proposals to an arbitration board, unlike what CAL did to their pilots. Some guys still haven’t moved past it, and the merger was 12 years ago.

Frontier has 1500 pilots….this isn’t ground shattering. They are fighting a war of attrition. Look at their pay rates, why would anyone stay there? Especially with what upgrade is dropping to at the legacies.

That said, having seen/seeing what Ryanair and other LCCs did to legacy business models in Europe, I’d never dismiss this combined company as a concern for UAL/other legacies. |
