To have a bit of dignity and respect for the profession isn’t too much to ask. In fact, for ALPA pilots it’s baked into the code of ethics (which at more than one airline is baked into the FOM arguably making it regulatory).
If she chooses to ***** herself for likes and clicks, have at it, just take off the pilot uniform (sorry for that visual).
Like it or not, piloting a commercial aircraft is a position that demands the public trust and that trust is earned.
Every pilot should ask themselves if they want to walk in the shadow of the likes of Al Haynes or Sully, or Bozo the Clown.
