If you want to help more, run for a position and put in 10 times the work for 1/3 the pay. Help the process change or mold it to how you think it should go. If you don't participate, then you get what you get."
You want a poll within ALPA? Go to a meeting and get a resolution passed to do just that.

Just as a point of reference, the last time UAL pilots flew under a normally-negotiated industry-leading contract was 2002. We had better work rules, lower medical and a pension.
