I’ll rephrase. How long has the most jr FO (any plane) in DEN, IAH, and ORD been on property?

Numbers are a bit skew for some equipment. For instance the 787 FO in ORD has been here maybe three months,
Next senior to him…9 years. Base trades.

The short answer is any NB base within a year, but there’s a seasonal element to it. Vacancy bids typically slow down in the summer, then things get backed up a little bit until the bigger bids start getting published again. Someone hired in the summer might wait 6 months to get into DEN, while someone hired in JAN might get it in indoc.

I think a new hire who plans to start on the coasts & have his desired base within a year will not likely be disappointed.
