The short answer is any NB base within a year, but there’s a seasonal element to it. Vacancy bids typically slow down in the summer, then things get backed up a little bit until the bigger bids start getting published again. Someone hired in the summer might wait 6 months to get into DEN, while someone hired in JAN might get it in indoc.
I think a new hire who plans to start on the coasts & have his desired base within a year will not likely be disappointed.
