I haven’t seen the full video, but this CBS article says the ex-NFL guy threw the first few punches.

“A longer video shows Langley apparently throwing the first punches and the employee slapping Langley in the face. That's when Langley throws more punches and knocks the worker to the ground. It remained unclear from the video what started the fight.”

​​​​​​​Hate to sound evasive, but I didn’t see it through a link. Whether it’s seen again depends on whether a quick settlement is reached with Langley. I for one, hope he doesn’t take the money and let’s the cards fall where they may.

Had he not gone out and attempted what’s tantamount to a “citizen’s arrest”, he’d still have his job and dignity and United wouldn’t be about to pay Langley a ****load of money. Sometimes, if no one is in danger, it’s just best to mind your fcking business…the Karen’s of the world seem to have a huge problem with this.

Well no one else on the thread mentioned Black, White or any other racial aspect of the altercation. I did mention and stand by police and witness bias. You seem to imply that all Karen’s are White and take issue with that. Lastly, you resort to name-calling. Looks like you might have the same anger issues as the UGE employee? So , I’ve got an idea….the next time you see an NFL player pushing luggage in a wheelchair, maybe you assault him and see how it turns out for you? I mean….you know your ethnicity right? As stated, this was an incredibly STUPID thing for the UGE employee to do. Once he touched Langley, in any fashion, that was battery. Even before that, all he had to do was instill “reasonable apprehension “, and, even without touching, that’s assault.
