Just so we are clear, the 2019 12 year 738 captain rate of $283 is $323 in todays dollars.
What is in that TA? 2022 rates = $294 retro to December 30th 2021. The difference between what should be and what is proposed is not an insignificant amount of money. |

2019 new hire $91 an hour, adjusted for inflation = $104 per hour. TA proposed $94. Even as a new hire that’s a ~$10,000 per year pay cut. |
