Over 18 months. Solid win for the shareholders.

Just so we are clear, the 2019 12 year 738 captain rate of $283 is $323 in todays dollars.

What is in that TA? 2022 rates = $294 retro to December 30th 2021.

The difference between what should be and what is proposed is not an insignificant amount of money.

Sure. If you're a captain. There's a few of us that aren't.

Sure,

2019 new hire $91 an hour, adjusted for inflation = $104 per hour.

TA proposed $94.

Even as a new hire that’s a ~$10,000 per year pay cut.

you’re not wrong, but the 5% would take around half of the 18 months of this contract to achieve per the LOA

SWA pilot here. Hard, hard no my United brethren. SWA just stood up the largest picket (I believe) in aviation history. You are not alone. The fight is now. Where does one begin with this offer…yikes.

You are correct. Thanks for the support. I think this turd will get voted down over 80%. What a joke.
