Sent a msg. to the reps it’s completely unacceptable, and
they should have polled rank and file about priorities before constructing it because what they gave us
demonstrates the MEC is completely out of touch with the pilots and the improvements we deserve.

The fact that it’s concessionary in many areas sets the profession back (potentially for all Majors) to bankruptcy/regional levels in QOL.
(besides hourly rate which is barely adjusted for inflation and with no snap-up)

If we vote this in, we deserve the new low bar for our profession.

Another NO vote. This wasn’t even close to being acceptable.

Was hoping to be a yes. Really went into reading the email when it was released with a positive attitude and with the mentality that I was a yes vote. Then I read this POS. Let's all do the right thing here. NO NO NO. Make our message loud and clear.

FedEx guy here and I completely empathize with this AND we even had surveys to fill out about what we wanted. Did your MEC send out surveys?

Most UAL LCAs that I know are planning to vote NO.

It’s nice to see the unfamiliar usernames pipe up with their NO votes. Hopefully this thing goes down in flames but I still won’t exhale for two more weeks.

We haven’t seen a survey since Pre Covid……….

Same for the LCA’s that I know. Going to be hard for training scheduling to build custom lines to deadhead LCA’s around for 4 days giving fed rides and line checks. I doubt they’ll want to spend all of that time deadheading around the system only making the override for the time in the jumpseat. I also imagine that future OE students will somehow only get signed off on the last leg of a LCA’s pairing.🤔

I went straight to the MEC to voice my disgust in this TA and calling on Mike Hamilton to resign without delay. He put his signature on this sorry excuse for a TA and should step aside

We've got a lot more cleaning out to do than just Hamilton. I looked at the MEC Vice Chair's resume: was re-elected for a third term as Vice Chairman of the UAL MEC
Three frickin' terms. Back to the line for this one.

I’ve lived in San Francisco and still never saw a circle jerk like this forum over the last few days. Honestly not sure how I’ll vote, but at least I know where to come to feel like a cool guy if I vote no 😄
