Shows how bad our TA is. AMR management basically took our TA with all the QOL/QWL losses like early shows for RSV and added more of a pay raise %. Way to go NC and the MEC yes voters. You just lowered the bar for the industry.

I think that’s managements offer to them which means their management was like holy shut! If United ALPA accepted this sh!t we should throw it at APA and see if it sticks!!

Exactly. That’s what I was trying to say. Guess I should have worded it different.

(If true) A slightly higher pay raise. But none of theirs- to my knowledge- was already promised to them through previous concessionary contracts. Really makes our 9.5% feel like even more of an insult.

It’s true. Sad but true.

Even with 6/5/5 pay raises at AA, most of their pay rates would still be below United…

Not too sure. Sorry the pic isn’t better. If you’re not a SCAB log on to UALPilotsforum and look for yourself. One of the mods put all the info there. Hell any MIG should go there as there is a wealth of info debunking much of the outright lies being sent out in the Q&A from Jeff and Brad H.

...with no field standby and no reserve until noon day 1 of reserve. We can go back and forth on little better sections either side but here we are radically changing our CBA with little insight into what the company will do with the relaxed language. We are juggling dynamite to get a measly 9.6% raise. Nope.
