I had copies of my 8710's already in my possession, so I included them with my logbook. Figured it couldn't hurt.

Is it possible to add LOR after scheduling the interview?

They will send you an email a few days before asking you to send copies of a bunch of documents, just add it in there and when they ask at the interview do you have anything to add bring it again, will add some pop to the interview. I would explain it in your email that you could not add because it was locked.

Just took the Hogan test yesterday. How long is it taking people to get the interview email afterwards? I was also told the Hogan isn't pass/fail anymore, is that correct?

How long is it taking everyone from when you submit your app til you hear anything good or bad? I've had mine in for probably about a month now and tend to update them every time I fly more than 5-10 hours to keep it up to date. Curious what the timeline is to hear back. Had a friend submit his and get denied almost instantly (though he was low time). Any info is appreciated.

don’t know about the pass fail part but got my interview invite a day and half later.

Mines was the day after I took the Hogan. If you don't do well on the Hogan you weren't get any further. The Hogan is a must pass to go further.

I believe the Hogan is now only part of your overall interview score, it can help or hurt you but I don't think it's a showstopper anymore. At least that's what I've read and I haven't heard of anyone failing recently.
