I need to update my certificate number since I created my application and personal information prior to completing my license conversion. I now have an ATP, but am not able to update my cert number, it just keeps the field as "PENDING". Is there a contact I can reach out to to reset this field? TIA

I'm pretty ignorant to the UA app, but I received an email from a recruiter telling me to update my medical. Should I expect to hear something back after correction, or do they just troll apps and resumes for issues?

yeah, the recruiters have nothing better to do all day than troll applicants.

I had the same issue. I believe there is an email listed on the application website...I cant remember it off the top of my head but I emailed them, explained the issue and they got back to me and said they have to make the change manually on their end.

So I would try that. Once it was updated it took only a week or two to hear back that they were interested in my application.

What's the average time before your application gets locked nowadays? And then the average time to get the Hogan after the application is locked? I just submitted with almost 3k TT and 900 Turbine. No TPIC.

Misunderstanding - I don't mean troll like internet troll. I meant, is a "fix-it" email an indication of interest or is it a regular part of app review, or do they troll (look through and review) applications for issues. Regardless, question answered. Sorry for the ignorance.

I had a M&G recently and the Chief who conducted it said he would recommend my application, according to what he explained to me, that means my app would be reviewed, not necessarily I would receive an interview invite, but at least it would be reviewed. I was wondering if the days prior to receiving a Hogan invite the application will be locked, meaning I wont be able to make changes until they are done reviewing it. Its been a few weeks since, and I am just looking for indicators. Appreciate you for taking the time to respond!

My app has been locked for about a month now. Still no Hogan email. Been checking my spam folder everyday too.
