Default How to report my wellness?

I just got an automated call from United for a wellness check due to Hurricane Ian. I'm fine but my phone dropped the call before I could respond as such. Now what? To whom should I report my wellness? Please help.

I got a call, an email, and a text. The text was easiest. Reply with the number "1" to say you have not been impacted by the storm. If you didn't get the text or email, I would send an email to your ACP or FM.

What part of your contract requires you to report your wellness?

If you are dealing with a family and a flooded house a simple call from a cpo telling you they understand by clearing your schedule goes a long way. A lot of us are type a, mission oriented, and believe we can handle anything when we are completely fooling ourselves. There are also resources that most people don't know about through the union, leave, etc but if they aren't aware you might miss out on some benefits. If I am fat dumb and happy sipping a scotch I would rather they be dealing with one of our brothers or sisters who wasn't as fortunate. They are reaching out to treat you with respect.
