As someone who went through an HR "investigation" with regards to my incident at a union meeting, mine definitely didn't close as quickly as JE stated that his did in his email. (for the record, I hope AW did not go to our HR Department) Either way, at this point- lets see if there is an Article VIII Charge as that would require some sort of ALPA Investigation. If AW was wrong or untruthful.. then it should be noted and there should be consequences. That being said, if JE is untruthful.. the same holds true. What ever happened to being Dignified and resigning with your Intergrity intact? Guess we'll know soon how the pilots he represent feel abut him.. We already know how HE feels about TA1, the process and how he views his pilot group. Always Motch |
