You know there are contractually agreed upon timelines for this right?

Then you go on your merry way and no one throws a temper tantrum about it. Because that’s how contractually agreed upon timelines work.

Don’t like the timeline, push for a change in the new contract. Otherwise ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Have you been here long enough to know there are many BES awards that come out on the 17th, sometimes right up to the last minute? Take a look at how big those BES groups are. If you want to get your award faster, then upgrade or pick the smallest BES and camp out there.

Have you been an airline pilot long enough to know that holidays don't matter?
