Why are we signing a loa and helping the company while they open bases to reduce the number of unfilled captain slots thereby reducing our leverage

makes no sense

contract now

morale continues to decrease

union looks bad and unorganized as recall drama continues

Nobody said we’re signing an LOA. The company WANTS an LOA but from what I’m hearing there aren’t the votes for it.

Nobody signed an LOA. Why do you think there isn’t a TPA codomicile yet? If an LOA gets signed it means more MCO vacancies, but ALPA hasn’t agreed to it yet. That’s straight from the town hall.

No wonder no one wants to run for council reps, it’s like herding cats.
