If SK having A350s on the book to prevent delta from getting them, would same aggression and logic work to pay UAL Pilot Group so much that it unbalances the DAL “Me 2” clause and company dynamics?

We can’t really hurt Delta with the snap up because we’ll be competing with them based on the same cost structure. Triggering that clause would be good news for all of us.

Perhaps they could just raise all our rates save the A380. Since it's not a change to our top rate, the clause wouldn't trigger. That doesn't work in our best interest though, but neither does a me-too (my opinion). That seems to put an artificial ceiling on our rates. Maybe we can catch up to Spirit between bites of steak and cake.

Turns out the above list was pretty accurate….

Interesting read. Well, balls in SK’s court. If he wants to, he can (basically) match most of the areas of the Delta proposal and put the blame on us if we don’t have an AIP by end of March.

More interesting thing is, is this the TA that WAS voted on by their MEC or will they be voting on it in a few days to open it up for a vote? That does make a difference, especially in our case come March/April.

TA has not been voted upon by the MEC. That will be Thursday, iirc
