Where’d you go wrong in your interview? Usually people can get a feel based on what’s being asked/said to them. Give that feedback to your interview prep company and work on correcting the deficiencies. Sometimes it’s the tech, sometimes it’s the admin, sometimes it’s coming off as arrogant, but prep companies can help iron those with an applicant
Like was said before, otherwise Go work for a competitor where you want to live, or upgrade to Captain where you are. |
Hey guys, is it recommended to update your app Flight Time prior to interview? Currently shows that only personal details and flight time can be edited. I consolidated some Cherokee & Archer flying into simply P28A on my e-log so wanna make sure everything is clear. TIA!

I had prepped with current United pilots who recently got hired and we ironed out the "why united" and the "tell me about yourself" but the tmaat time is what mostly killed me. I am at a ULCC and just am disappointed I will have to wait a whole year to be eligible again. Possibly lost 2000 on the seniority list :(
I think the TMAAT questions are where consulting services can be so valuable. They don’t give you canned responses, but they do tell you exactly how to format your stories. They also give you the tools you need to formulate your best stories & share them in a way that highlights your strengths and gives the interviewers the answers they’re looking for. Keep your head up and reapply as soon as you’re able. |
