His awarded bid shows 4 TLVs this month.

My guess is that we will get retro in two separate checks. One check for all the years up to and including 2022 since thats easy to calculate. the calculation for 2023 is more difficult since we are still in 2023. that may not come until after Jan 1. just my guess as I don't know how they could do it otherwise.

The union emails have stated that retro will be included in profit sharing for 2023, based on that I’ll bet all retro gets paid out before the end of the year.

Dont we get profit sharing in like February?

I think what they mean is our retro earnings will be applied towards our profit sharing amount.

ie since profit sharing is in February all retro would need to be paid out before the end of the year.
