This…so we have still get in on the attendance monitoring at so many number of call ins but can’t even use our sick time. We should get unlimited number of call ins over 95 hours. This is pretty ridiculous.

Why in the hell is anybody scared of attendance monitoring ?! Nobody has been disciplined for too many sick calls no matter what little program they have.
If you are sick you are sick !
