My understanding is that the MCO base was also staffed through previous vacancies with the expectation of TPA being opened and that the base is fully staffed according to their current plan. I'd expect to see bases like MCO and IAH stagnate for a while until the company can move staffing to where it is actually needed. The coastal bases and DEN will probably be the near term growth while other bases just backfill for attrition.
