This is probably accurate. Forced upgrades was a big get for the company & the record volume of unfilled CA vacancies since contract ratification suggest they are done enticing pilots to upgrade. Inefficient outstation bases don’t make much sense in a landscape where any staffing needs can be satisfied through forced new hire assignments.
