PBS Award Delays Yet Again
#1
For the second month in a row, multiple statuses are still waiting for the bid awards. How antiquated of a system are we running that it cannot optimize itself after five days of churning? Will the union have any ability to help improve PBS 2.0 that is supposedly coming out at the end of the year because the contractual violation every month is not acceptable.

If these three categories chronically get their awards delayed, then why not start the process for these groups imediately after CA awards are published? Give these groups more time in the solutionizer, dont wait until smaller categories are complete. This isn't a new problem.

It is still unacceptable. Two months in a row where well over a thousand pilots have experienced a contractual violation. I want a remedy for everyone impacted. The poor technology of the company is causing negative impact on pilots lives. Fix it.

I mean, I’m not the one who did it. Contact the union and voice your opinion.

Best solution is the company publishes empty lines for the affected BES' with every day off and 70hr of min pay. Pilots then can pick up from the open time. The companies failure to get their implimentation together is not our fault, and we shouldn't be punished for it anymore (first time I'm willing to overlook because stuff happens. Second time is WTF).
