she was in IAD flight ops yesterday in a leg cast and ambulatory device pontificating her grievances and projecting how she was wronged.

Nothing validates attractive leadership like a recalled has been with unstable footing both cognitively and physically.

That she is abusing US Labor law and making our union a clown show post recall is what makes United ALPA so pathetic.

The need of the membership to vote wisely has always been fundamental.

AWs Line Check Pilot resolution to ban ALPA pilots from being check pilots was deemed out of order due to violating US labor law .

At the meeting she disparaged the C11 Capt rep and Dicarlo the FO rep who is also running for the same position she is. The C11 reps in a lack of leadership and perhaps sympathy voting to abstain from AW recall, something AW should be grateful. Instead she attacks them.

As Master Chair it was Annes leadership or lack of it, that lead to the failure oF the MBCP, yet DiCarlo voted for it, supporting her. Yet she attacks him. Pure chaos.

 

She’s unhinged and will work to destroy the MEC if she gets a seat at the horseshoe again.

 

I vomited in my mouth a bit after reading her latest email. I was also put off a bit from another guy running for the CA rep… he stated that the current C11 Vice Chair (FO rep) was unqualified and had little union experience… hello, he’s the current Vice and a NB CA!

That is actually correct. The C11 membership should have never elected him. It used to be protocol or cultural to move your way up with committee work. Imagine a 2nd Lt. showing up new to the squadron and talking about how he should be CO.

Sadly the current C11 VC has no idea about unions, believing his MIL experience is sufficient and is out of the box plug n play. Watching Tony function has been a painful train wreck to watch. Liken it to a private pilot trying to fly a United jet with arrogance. There is a reason why Tony has ZERO campaign letters of support from other pilots.

Recall he made a sophomoric 30m YouTube video in response to the failed Tumi TA. (Still on his YT page) From that video he expected to be anointed Negotiating CHAIR!

I ran into the LAX rep who stated Tony has been offering apologies in an attempt rebrand himself for this election. He definitely has personal aspirations, probably in management. ALPA is just a stepping stone.

If you are a C11 pilot and a military guy, do the critical analyses when determining your vote. Anne got votes simply because she was AF. (She flew formation with hubby!!! ) And we are now dealing with chaos and dysfunction. C11 is military dominant and the low hanging fruit easy vote logic is I am military, the candidate is military, done! Don’t be that guy!

If we don’t get our house together, protecting the contact currently and preparing for a new contract, management is going to own the process.

Over the years there have been good C11 MIL guys doing ALPA work and horrible ones. The ability of the membership to place the right pilots as candidates is fundamental.
