I'd cut them some slack. They may be elsewhere looking at United and this informaton is relevant to them.

‘everything they need to research is on FT within employeeres…sometimes better to educate and point in the right direction rather than spoon feed and they never learn… and on this open forum it could be for some disgruntled rev pax who didn’t get an upgrade and wants to know why…

I actually tried to find this same info on FT and couldn't. (Yes, I work here).

On FT - Travel/Other Airline Travel. From this page click on the link at the top right labeled "In This Section" and then you'll be presented with links to detailed listing procedures for each and every other carrier we have agreements with. For example, you can see which airlines allow listing in Business Class or whether you can list your parents.

Which, again, does them no good if they're not at United. I'm reasonably confident that someone asking specific questions like that and the way they asked them doesn't have access to FT.

This right here. Thank you. I don't know what the other guy's problem is.

FT will have all the info you need. Then you look ZED fare charts also on FT and then it's a matter of X miles traveled, whatever the fare cost category that was that negotiated by the airlines. IE 5,500 miles trip line, economy fare, "zed low"fare line = $69 + taxes

would it be possible for someone to share the airlines in the business ZED agreement for those of us who are interested in UA? I'm also curious if your registered companion is eligible on those fares too. thank you.

Absolutely. Non rev benefits are a big deal for me. The business ZED question is just a question, I know agreements change over time. But overall non rev benefits do matter. It's not the #1 most important above all else factor, but it definitely does weigh into my decision.

man. You have that many options available? Honestly, good for you if it’s come down to this as the decision maker.
