I don’t know the guy but I’m guessing most who do wouldn’t be comfortable sharing personal contact info to an unknown person online.

Filling out a customer review online is probably your best option. The company does keep track of positive reviews & specific feedback should get back to the employee.

Even if I knew him I wouldn’t give out his name or personal info without his consent
Seems like a potential stalker 😂🤣

If the OP is talking about the safety is Global III series which opens with a Captain at a scene which is supposed to Carneval in Rio de Jainero. If you work here, it shoud be very easy to recognize who that is. That being said if you DO NOT work here, you do not need to know that person's name.

If it is a way to thank someone who the individual talked to at a job fair...who the OP recognized from the safety video before.......they really should have asked for a business card. However I would use hummingbear's advice and fill out the customer care.

Hopefully it’s not that stupid video that plays ad nauseum through every airport of that Captain who puts her hat on and then finger diddles the “scrambled eggs” like we’re all supposed to be impressed or something.
