I don’t know the guy but I’m guessing most who do wouldn’t be comfortable sharing personal contact info to an unknown person online.

If it is a way to thank someone who the individual talked to at a job fair...who the OP recognized from the safety video before.......they really should have asked for a business card. However I would use hummingbear's advice and fill out the customer care.
