Thanks for the insight. I definitely see where I messed up. I didn’t really think about the fact that I’m not willing to move right now, but I’m going to try to work on that. I was told to take the first class date and just went with it without thinking it through.

Back in September 2023, I received CJOs from both Delta and United. I’m based in the Chicagoland area and ultimately chose Delta, primarily because their class date was two weeks earlier than United’s. I’m currently commuting to DTW, but I’m not interested in relocating. Lately, I’ve been wondering if should have chosen United instead?

But you could have left DL when that UA class started. There isn't a $100k contract holding you at DL. |
