Funny how a few months ago the Kirby haters were all "he's a woke tranny that loves DEI" and now he's a boot licking Trump disciple.

SK: “Hey JB, you guys are really cool. We should team up. Definitely a win/win.”
JB: You really think we’re cool? Let’s do it!
SK: Oh, and all that stuff I said about how you LCCs have a crappy business model and you are tricking your customers…I was talking about the other LCCs, not you. You’re cool. Now about those really valuable gates at JFK…
JB: Uh…

I don't think anyone really puts B6 in the NK, F9, or G4 category, which he's obviously referring to. Seatback TVs, free wifi, extra legroom in all seats, free snacks and drinks or anything resembling Mint would never be offered in the ULCC model.

Jebtlue offers the most legroom of any airline in economy. It’s actually fantastic!

I mean I guess if this is your kink ok but it’s basically the equivalent of the CEO of WalMart bragging about how they crushed every locally owned business in a small town because “their business model sucked.”

Yeah and that’s the point. Walmart says it by their actions - huge tax breaks decimating a small town’s local business, brutal to employees, etc. And yet people flock to get cheap, Chinese $h1t.

But they’re sitting quietly on their billions in Bentonville, so it’s cool. Got it…

More like the CEO of Saks 5th Avenue saying Wal Mart sucks.

The comparison was to the advantage afforded by the economies of scale in both scenarios, not the business model. What’s really rich is that UA is now offering the same “crappy product” that the ULCCs are/were selling.

A far as the (lack of) comfort in seats, our economy coach product, especially on the 73, SUCKS in the seat comfort realm compared to SW/JB.

I know those are more MCC's than ULCC's.
